Cancellation Policy

48 hr advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment, which must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you have 2 cancelations with less than 48-hour notice in one calendar year or recurring cancelations within that 48-hour window, I will no longer accept your requests to schedule appointments. If you have a gif certificate, prepaid session or package, I reserve the right to automatically deduct payment in full to cover your canceled appointment from these funds.  This also applies to appointments made and canceled in the same day. Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for their “missed” appointment.  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please be on time.  In the event that there is inclement weather due to icy roads, etc., all appointments will be rescheduled, as your safety is of the utmost importance. If you are ill, please call or email immediately. Services will not be rendered in the event of a contagious illness or flu due to the safety and consideration of other scheduled clients. I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time. You may be liable for payment of the terminated session. In the case of a Gift Certificate, e-gift certificate, prepaid session or package, it may be considered used (and no refunds will be given) if any of the following apply. Reasons may include (but are not limited to):  ​ Being under the influence of pain killers (OTC/prescription), alcohol, or other drugs or intoxicants (massage may not be safe if you cannot gauge pain) Contagious illness Poor hygiene- Please be clean (bathed within the past 12 hours) Being rude/disrespectful Cursing Being late, canceling last minute, or chronic rescheduling of appointments REFUNDS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
